Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note that the processing delays may take slightly longer during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday.
Returns
Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Kindly get in touch with us via email hello@niasha.ch prior to returning products for further assistance.
Shipping Protection
NIASHA Ltd. is not responsible for package theft or loss after delivery. We therefore recommend to choose the supplementary CHF1 Package Protection fee (delivery against signature) during the checkout, so that your goods are ensured against theft and package loss after delivery.
Warehouse Pickup
Customers can retrieve orders directly in our warehouse in Vevey, Vaud. Available pick-up times: Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
