Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by Swiss Post within 2-3 business days with Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days with Priority Shipping. Please note that the processing delays may take slightly longer during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday.
Returns
Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
